How will my personalisation look?
Your personalisation will be truly unique to you. Using precision laser engraving, the surface paint is carefully removed to reveal the stainless steel underneath. As most bottles are silver, your engraving will showcase a subtle contrast, reflecting a hint of the bottle's colour within your personalised design.
Please note that there may be slight variations in size, colour, or bespoke designs due to the nature of the engraving process and the features displayed on our website. However, you’re in good hands our skilled engravers are committed to ensuring the best possible result, making minor adjustments only to enhance the final design on your water bottle.
What are your delivery times?
For all UK domestic orders, we offer a standard delivery service of 2-3 working days. If you choose to upgrade to our special delivery option and place your order before 2pm on a working day, your item will be delivered the next day.
Orders from Europe typically take up to 6 working days, while deliveries to the rest of the world can take up to 10 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that for European and international customers, local customs duties and taxes are not included in our delivery costs. We kindly advise you to check with your local authorities regarding any additional charges before placing your order.
Warranty?
At Versai, we design our bottles to last a lifetime of use and enjoyment. However, if an issue arises, our warranty covers manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase.
Returns & Refunds

How to Keep Your Drinks Hot for Up to 12 Hours?
After extensive testing to ensure your water stays hot for longer, we recommend the following method:
- Boil water and pour it into the open water bottle, filling it halfway.
- Securely close the lid and let the hot water sit inside for 3–4 minutes.
- Carefully drain the water from the bottle.
- Refill the bottle with freshly boiled water to the desired amount, then close the lid securely.
Please exercise caution throughout this process, especially when opening the bottle with hot water, as there may be some spray or pressure build-up. Your safety is our priority.
